I used my IHG app this entire trip... we drove and when we got tired we used the IHG app on my phone to find an Holiday Inn that was close. From there it popped us on to google maps and we were there. Easy peasy...lemon squeezy. The Mansfield-Foxboro Holiday was roomy... loved the pool and the restaurant for evening meal. Back in the morning for breakfast and on the road again!

I have stayed in Holiday inn for about 2 weeks for business purpose, the experience was excellent, the staff were very friendly, check in and chekout were easy, rooms and bath rooms are very neat and clean .

They don't give the 500 welcome amenity points that IHG tells you, that you should receive. Even if your platinum ambassador as I am, or have the IHG credit card, you still don't receive the 500 welcome amenity points at this location. Doubt I stay there anymore. I used to go all the time, but something changed at the beginning of the year. Obviously for the worse.

Stayed overnight 4/18/15. Hotel lobby was clean and bright. Smooth check-in as room was ready before 3PM. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

.Breakfast buffet great food. Waited forty minutes to be seated. Hostess not at station cleaning tables and setting up tables. Not being a hostess but a waitress. Finished our brunch then had to wait over 20 minutes to pay bill. Again no one at hostess station. Thought of leaving without paying since no one was interested in our
money. No hello. no have a nice day not even a small smile. This hostess needs a new job

convenient to Wheaton College and area shopping/restaurants...very quiet during our stay, I guess it is quite busier during Patriots season....pool/hot tub looked very nice, enjoyed using the fitness center, and having a bar/restaurant on-site...facilities appeared clean and up-to-date....staff very friendly and effiicient....its convenient to have a breakfast buffet available on-site, but the quality/service not very impressive for the price....only room complaint was the heat situation - on automatic, it ran completely hot to completely cold, on
