the location was great for airport. facility is clean staff is friendly and polite. rooms were excellent. no hot water I assume is not a reoccurring issue. I would not recommend eating here and without a car it is an issue. you are better off eating at the airport.

This was one of the worst stays I have ever had with Holiday Inn. No soap in bath room, room had a weird smell. when I walked into the room the TV had been left on. there was tons of noise.
This place needs a remodel and new cleaning staff.

Cold SHower in the morning was not exactly what I had in mind for a client of mine and myself. Nothing other than an apology from the counter staff in the morning. I would have expected something for the horrible experience of no hot water.

this hotel room was filthy,,,all of the people in the elevators were complaining too. They were not getting clean towels for days, no hot water. Angel at the front desk was very nice and accommodating in the mornings. Memphis needs a good hotel for business travelers who come from out of town to meet flights. This property has potential...

The front desk staff acted like they could care less I was staying with them. Even after I came back down to ask about another room with a refrigerator, I was kind of blown off and told one would be delivered. Not once was I asked if I possibly needed one right away. Fortunately the medicine that needs to be refrigerated was in a cold pack. When one was delivered, nearly an hour later, I didn't think to too elderly ladys would be able to get it placed in the hole.
The noise from the lobby was so loud all night long it was a terrible rest. The bath room was filthier than a public locker room. The room smelled moldy too.
I wrote a negative review once before and was promised 5000 points from the hotel management. That never happened either.
In fact when I go and look at all the reviews, each time someone wrote a negative review, there were two following that were completely positive.
I can't help but wonder if the hotel staff didn't facilitate a few positive reviews to counter the negative ones.
Don't waste your money here. It's a great location, but the place is horrible.

Stayed there for two nights. Not bad...what you get at an airport hotel. Room was nice. Lobby décor could use some updating. Breakfast was expensive for what you get. I would stay there again.

This facility appeared to be a conference center at one time, but now no one seems to be coming. The place is expansive but outdated. The elevator is inconveniently located, the WIFI service did not work, and the food offered was too expensive and not very good.
One of the few times I had to ask to change rooms. To my surprise the sink in the first bathroom actually did NOT have a drain mechanism. Whoever is doing work on this building is incompetent.
The price is high--I guess because its near the airport, but what if offered reflects a lack of awareness of what someone has come to expect today. I have not stayed in a hotel that did not offer breakfast in years.
I would encourage travelers to look elsewhere.
