Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great service and helpful, clean I received a call from the Holiday inn Port of Miami on March 13/2015 at 10:18 a.m. saying my credit card was not valid and that my rooms were not guaranteed, we were on route to Miami so we didn't get the message till I got home, my visa was certainly valid because I used it at check-in and it worked fine (lady called) Also wanted to change one room to two doubles but tried to call the hotel over 10 times and they never answer the phone, I even had Holiday Inn reservations worldwide try to get through and they could not get through either, and as they could not change the room type we had to stay with 2 king rooms. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Very noisy doors and not good cleaning Booked this property as an IHG member. Well received on arrival and room was quite good. However the doors are very noisy when closing and this does affect sleep if you have many guests around you. The doors need to be silences in some way to eliminate this noise. One door in the corridor actually rattles something in our room. Room cleaning needs to be a better standard. Parts of the bathroom were obviously not cleaned to a good standard (Basin tap). Imagine our surprise on arriving back from a tour to find a plastic bag of our rubbish placed on a chair in our room. The hotel is in a great location for doing things in Miami being just across the road from Bayside Market place with a multitude of restaurants, etc. Would come back if the doors were fixed. Probably needs a refurbish. March 25, 2015

It's a mass hotel, impersonal and making mistakes at the front desk (blocking such huge amount of money..... the amount is more than your all stay.... this sounds silly). Not Worth at all. Pay few dollars more... and the Intercontinental hotel is close by. March 23, 2015
