Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Missauga Hotel I visit Mississauga often for work. The Holiday Inn I would prefer to stay at is often sold out so I am forced to stay here. The hotel is in very rough shape. The decor looks like something out of the 1980's. I booked on the executive floor. The carpet in my room was dirty and had big wrinkles in it where it was coming loose from the walls. The internet service is basically non existent. This hotel is really not up to normal Holiday Inn standards and needs to be addressed. November 19, 2015

Whenever possible, I stay with Holiday Inn because from my experience, I always find the properties clean and well maintained, the staff very friendly and helpful and the rooms clean, comfortable and up-to-date. It is like eating at your favourite franchise restaurant. You go back time and time again because the meal is predictable, the service is good and you get value for your money. November 9, 2015

Bar service - excellent, great personality. Friday - he seemed uninterested, restaurant lights turned off (@7 p.m.), bar not set up. Location was great for my needs. Front desk staff were excellent. Only disappointed by my bathroom, and the Friday restaurant issue. November 2, 2015
