Total disappointment

As a avid business traveler I stay in hotels at least a week out of the month and most months more. In my years of traveling I have never experienced a hotel that has had a system problem. We checked in on 11/14/17 for a 2 night stay was told of the system problem and that it would be fixed momentarily, no big deal or so I thought. I have tried unsuccessfully to get a bill for my reimbursement twice now and I made another call today to get them to send one however they can do it. It is frustrating that they have the ability to charge you but no way to show how they charged you. They have terribly poor communication skills. Next I will be contacting IHG and maybe they can get it straightened out. Breakfast was terrible!
