Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by helpful, friendly staff. comfortable bed; clean room. Very nice stay. Only complaint: my husband ordered two after-dinner brandies in the restaurant. He thought they tasted odd. He mentioned it to our waiter, who explained that the restaurant was out of brandy and the bartender substituted cognac (without telling my husband and therefore not giving him an opportunity to either cancel or change his drink order). Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by I will never come back to this property Just a quick facts....In my stay there was a lot of kids making noises all over the halls plus the hallways smell was horrible. Food service in the restaurant very poor and tasteless. As a IHG member I asked a guy in the front desk if I was able to have a complimentary breakfast and the guy run away in front of me. I will never go back there also the area were the hotel is located is not safe at all. July 11, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Would Not Recommend The night Front Desk Person was not helpful at all. It was as if I inconvenienced her. There was hair in the bed, hair in the shower, and hair on the "clean" towels. Very noisy and hard to find. Did not ask about reward membership, and did not receive the usual complimentary Reward Member Goodie Bag. On the upside, the manager on duty the next morning was very nice when I went down to get headache medicine. July 7, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mobile Holiday Inn Express I stayed here for business. All was great with the hotel except for the breakfast service. The server was doing all she could and was great but the cook kept messing up everyone's orders. I ordered a ham and cheese omelet with sausage on the side and grits. after about 25 minutes I finally received my grits and then about 5 -8 minutes later I received everything else. I heard other orders being messed up and everyone was waiting on their food. I didn't even go there the next morning. July 7, 2015

Hotel needs to spend some money on equipment for meeting rooms and various other things but Manager doing a great job turning things around. July 6, 2015
