Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff Outstanding! I have stayed at this hotel many times periodically through the years. The staff is excellent, helpful in every way. The rooms are clean and spacious. Two comments for improvement: first, the business center needs a nook or room, and another computer/printer. Second, the breakfast used to be better (bring back the great buffet). Bar is a plus. We got a coupon in the inter -state for your hotel so we thought we would give it a try. We had business the next day in jeannette ant your hotel was n the way. we are chasing a big job there so, with luck we will be back!! Can you please send me a new Holiday Inn card?? April 25, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by wonderful desk staff The staff was helpful in getting us to the hotel as we could not find it. They were very charming and very helpful. Gave us good information on breakfast and how to order from the bar. The rooms where clean, pleasant and very comfortable. We ordered from the bar and the cheese cake was wonderful. I'm trying to figure out if I'm retired. If not I will always look for a Holliday Inn when on the road for business. When traveling for pleasure my first choice is always Holiday Inns. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Caring and excellent staff As previously stated, I was scheduled for Surgery on April the 5th and my husband and I stopped by to make our reservations two weeks prior. Beth was on duty at that time and went beyond customer service to make sure our needs would be taken care of. When checking in, Beth was on duty again, remembered who we were when walking in and continued her great service. She is to be highly commended for her professionalism, care and concern. We were very appreciative. We also had dinner at the Hotel and food was excellent and staff very courteous. Dailey cleaning personnel also checked our needs everyday and made sure we had everything needed. I can't say enough good things about this visit. My husband continued his stay while I was in the hospital and I was relieved after my two day experience. I knew he was in good hands. I would like to thank all of the staff for being so warm and considerate of our needs. April 12, 2016
