Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by renovated Inn My last stay at the Holiday Inn in Monoroville was in 2014. When I entered the Lobby I was impressed by the renovations. Front desk staff were very welcoming and I was offered a free reward for being a Gold card member. The room was very clean and the bedding was comfortable. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Welcome respite After the long day of travel I'd had, arriving at the hotel just before 10 PM, I was glad to see the hotel bar was still open for a little R&R. The manager, Denise, was very gracious and accommodating. This place is always a great stay. Convenient location, reasonably priced rooms, and ample parking. Add in a thoughtful staff as experienced on this visit and it makes me want to stay here more often. May 4, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Birthday weekend We were in Monroe to celebrate my sister-in-law's birthday and take her to the Meadows Casino as her gift. On previous visits we had stayed at another motel because of the proximity to a restaurant. That motel was not available for our dates so we tried the H.I. We will stay there again because of our positive experience. The staff was efficient and very friendly (especially the dining room hostesses) and we felt very much at home and very safe. May 4, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Checked out at 4:30 am due to noisy guests I have to say we were extremely disappointed in our stay. We were awoken at 1:30 am by other guests evidently having a very loud party, not only in their rooms but also on the balconies. I called the front desk and they assured me they would speak with the other guests. Finally at 3:30 am since there had been no change in the noise level at all, we decided since we were unable to sleep due to the noise we would leave. At 4:30 am we checked out. We have never in all of our travels had to leave a hotel early because of the noise of other guests. Totally ridiculous. May 3, 2016
