Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Wait for renovations Descent off-downtown location and reasonable price. Current remodeling project will interfere with access to pool facilities. Excellent security. Shuttle bus to downtown preferred option versus drinking and driving. Grocery stores are nearby to purchase food and snacks instead of buying from the expensive gift store. February 24, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Property has seen better days I have recently been enjoying staying with newer Holiday Inns. This property looks impressive from outside but 14th Floor where I stayed rooms have seen better days. This was my second stay since I thought first time was an anomaly. Same experience as last time. The closet was so small and narrow that it was difficult to access it properly. Hair drier had visible dust/dirt stuck in filter. I have always good experience with IHG properties but this property needs some serious improvements at least 14th Floor rooms. February 23, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel Under Rennovation Hotel was under renovation. Lots of construction and jack hammer noises and such until 6PM. Room décor is dated and worn. Good location relative to Grand Ole Opry and downtown Nashville. Breakfast food quality was just ok. Breakfast tables really bar tables and barely fit two people. Hotel staff nice and hotel clean, just noisy due to construction and dated and worn room décor. February 22, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Overpriced for the quality I have stayed in similar rooms at other hotels and they offer more for a lesser price. The coffee maker was slow. The water in the shower took 20 minutes to heat up, the tub didn't drain properly and the towels were stiff. . The furniture had cracks in it-the room is in need of updates. The only good thing I can say is that the pillows were comfy and the room was clean for the most part. February 20, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Stay far away In the 25+ years I've been an IHG member, this is by far the worst property I've stayed at. I could not wait to leave as I changed my flight the next day to 6:00 am. Dirty and filthy beyond belief. The food in the restraunt was poor and various members of the staff continually interupted me. I saw two guest use the same dirty plate at the buffet. Totally disgusting!! February 20, 2015
