The staff was friendly and professional. My accommodations were comfortable. However, there was no refrigerator in the room. May 16, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Unhappy Spire member I arrived at midnight to find out that they had a plumbing issue and I have no room.... The fact that they had an issue did not upset me but the fact that they waited until I got there to start calling other hotels to find me a room really did not make me happy. I stay at this hotel every time I come to Nashville, 4 times this year already Been good in the past but they really dropped the ball this time... I am not happy Will have to reconsider another location next time May 11, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Fine for Business but not for family This hotel is not special needs accommodating and do not respond to problems in the hotel in a timely manner. If you need a refrigerator in the room they say it is offered. However it most definitely is not and was not. The maid didn't make the beds one of the days and the towels in the bathroom were not changed or picked up from floor. The pool was so cold we and others reported that it needed to be warmed and the next day it was actually colder. Definitely not a kid friendly hotel. May 10, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Will not stay again Upon checking in, it was a busy night, I went to the sapphire line to check in, I was then told there was only 1 line open that I needed to go to the back of the line. If this is the case, then the IHG reward members line should have been closed. When we got to our room, which was on the 14th floor, the bathroom was disgusting, and had not been cleaned, there was hair in the bathtub and on the counter. There were no garbage bags in any of the garbage cans. We will not be staying at this hotel again, it was a waste of rewards points and will not recommend it to any family/friends in the future.
