Unbelievable Food and Quality Accommodations

Stayed at this hotel to relax and get away. I found the rooms up to date, nicely decorated and very spacious. The bathroom was extremely clean and the quality of towels and linens were very nice. Even better was the quality of the food served at dinner. Unbelievable meal that was first class with warm and friendly wait staff. I absolutely would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again and have already mentioned how great my stay was to several friends and colleagues. Can't wait for my next stay at a Holiday Inn and especially the one in Utica, NY.

We had planned on only one night, but because of weather had to check in for a second night. Both my wife and myself thoroughly enjoyed our hotel experience, especially the fine service in the restaurant. (The food was excellent, as well).

Mgt Has Ignored this Hotel - You should too

This hotel seems like a normal, average quality Holiday Inn, and has the potential to be just fine. But they need to make some upgrades and improvements to: locks, heating, and overall staffing and management. It's fixable, but I wouldn't stay there again unless I knew these issues to have been fixed.
