Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location & affordable Holiday Inn NYC - Lower East Side was in an excellent location and was the most affordable option we could find out our quick stay in NYC. I loved that it was directly at the Williamsburg Bridge, which made transportation to LaGuardia very easy. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the price was right. I would defintely stay here again and would recommend it to a friend! February 5, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by New hotel New and comfortable rooms. Although on the small side, the rooms have very comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff are really attentive and friendly. Good location - 1 block from the subway. Great bars and restaurants within a few block radius. Walking distance to SoHo. January 29, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Value The hotel location is probably not the best (not exactly the best neighbourhood), but considering the price and the overall hotel quality, I would judge it as a great value. The room was perfect (good size, clean). The TV service includes full cable service with all the premium channels. I particularly liked to have shower instead of bath. January 13, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by October 2013 (Overnight) Had a very pleasant experience at this hotel in October 2013. Me and a few friends of mine visited New York for the weekend for our Dance team performance. The hotel was very accommodating by letting us check in early, so we could change into our performance outfits and get ready for our show. After the show there were a few friends who walked back to the hotel with us so we could change & head out to dinner. The hotel staff were very nice by letting our friends sit in the warm lobby until we finished changing. The room was very very clean, everything in place, nice toiletries, hot water. Hotel is near metro/train station and there is a 24 hour 7/11 nearby and a few eatery places. My room was even upgraded since I'm a IHG rewards member. I have an upcoming stay at the Wall Street Holiday Inn. I hope this place & staff are friendly and nice like the lower east end folks. Blessings. January 13, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by This Hotel is one of the worst in NYC This was one of the worst hotels i've ever stayed at. The room size was the size of a closet, room was dirty, horrible location, and the staff was very rude and inconsiderate. STAY AWAY if you are a smoker or have been around a smoker! They will charge you the $250 fee if they see you with a lighter, your clothes happen to smell like smoke, or if you throw a towel by the door. The hotel was horrible, do yourself a favor a find another hotel. The location wasn't all it was chalked up to be either. Not the best of neighborhoods. BEWARE! January 7, 2014
