My husband and I did not enjoy this hotel at all was wake by fire alarm at 4am have to walk 27th floor up and down 3 times.

Booked and paid for two executive rooms for myself and a colleague. I think he got an executive room, don't think I did (807). There wasn't room to swing a cat in the room, it was crowded by the furniture with NO spare room at all. If 807 is an executive King it doesn't match the description on the hotel website IMO. There is NO shelf space at all in the bathroom unless you want to set things on the toilet.
There was construction at the hotel and the elevators were, accordingly, slow.
The restaurant, despite its English-sounding name, is Chinese with American options (go figure) but the staff in there are friendly and helpful and the food isn't bad.
The Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. And, I have to say, for NYC, not expensive IMHO.
I would consider this hotel for a one-night stay if I were up on Wall Street as it is very convenient for that but otherwise I wouldn't stay here again.

Location was convenient and close to tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival our room had a cigarette smell in the bathroom. The staff immediately switch us to another room.We were on the 47th Floor. Great View of the Hudson River and Statue of Liberty. The rooms were small but very efficient for what was needed (Best hairdryer ever used at a hotel). The only downfall of our trip was on our last night of stay (Feb 15th), our room was flooded due to a water leak from the roof, therefore the fire alarm was set off at 4am and rooms evacuated. All in all, the staff did the best they could do to accommodate all the guests. We ended up checking out early and going to the airport. Once we arrived home and allowed a day for the hotel to get organized, we called and were reimbursed for our night of stay. Overall we were please with the service as there wasn't much the staff could do about the cold weather evacuating everyone.
