Overall the service at the hotel is great all staff are excellent and very friendly.
Hotel is starting to look tired in many areas particularly the dinning room and reception area needs a lick of paint.
In the bathroom ditch the cheap flimsy plastic toilet seats.
Beds are a bit uncomfortable and hard but pillows are good.
You need to sort out the heating system in winter, you have to rely on the air conditioning that is very noisy, you are either too hot or too cold.

Over charged and under valued hotel is fine but poor food and staff unhelpful nightmare when checking out, I could not recommend this hotel to anyone in afraid it was that bad

I used my IHG points for this room so it felt like good value. I read some of the poor reviews ahead of my visit, but did not experience anything to concern me. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I would stay again.
