We had a great time at the hotel. The kids used the pool, we enjoyed being right on the beach, the restaurant was fantastic. The cleaning team was top notch, friendly and helpful. Our only issue was that we had a refrigerator with a door that wouldn't stay shut so we ended up with spoiled food...and the hotel was not concerned at all and didn't help us. The front desk team was less than friendly and helpful.

We LOVE this hotel. It's the only place we stay when we travel to Ocean City. Good location, nice room has efficiency kitchen. We will continue to book this hotel. What I'm about to describe is NOT typical of this hotel:
When I called on Thursday to make a reservation, the person I spoke to refused to book a one night stay. Did not matter that I was a rewards program member, did not matter that I always stay there, she was ADAMANT that I could not book a one night stay for Friday, April 15. I abandoned the effort. Just to see what would happen, I went on line and what do you know?! I was able to book one night with no two night stay requirement.
Because we were only stopping as the halfway point to our destination, this was just about getting a room, I didn't care what kind of room, and the on line reservation was for garden view. Several minutes after I made the on line reservation I received a phone call upgrading me to an upper floor room. That's great, but why couldn't this all have taken place on my initial phone call? I feel lied to and really didn't like the hassle factor. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel.
