Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Unfriendly mgmt staff Upon arrival manager did not recognize me as gold member . Did not offer complementary water / chip. . When asked he said he needed to confirm with his employee to make sure I was never offer this bag and made me feel less then human . His tone was very rude unfriendly and had no manner at all. Hallway carpet going to room stinks . Room carpet was not any better either. Food was good. Internet connection was SO so. July 22, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Loud – Can you say Wake-UP? & STINK This is the loudest room I’ve every stayed in. The location for the room is perfect because it’s a handicap assessable room. BUT…the pool is directly across the hall. You hear kids screaming, kids running down the hall, parents yelling. It was just loud! Trying to sleep the room air conditioner….every time the compressor kicks on it sounds like someone is coming through the window. It’s a unit at the window, so every hour you would get scared out of your wits. How would you like waking up all night long thinking someone was coming through your window? When we checked in the front desk girl was very nice, but the girl we spoke to about the AC could have cared less. STINKY…. When we first arrived someone had just smoked in the NON-smoking room. The cigarette butt and ashes were in the toilet. There was nothing the front desk could do for us, except move. We liked the location of the room until….the pool filled up. July 7, 2015

Really good coffee in the machine. Better than Starbucks to me. Even had coffee in the afternoons which I normally do not do. Good stay. June 25, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Stayed for Sports - will NEVER return. Our team was given a choice of several hotels in the area for the prestigous R3 Presidents Cup Soccer Tournament. First of all booking the rooms was a pain, I had to call 3 times to clarify my room dates and how many people in my room. The rate was EXTREMELY high for a Holiday Inn group rate and "included" breakfast was an argument for our hotel coordinator. Finally after much debate our team was provided watery eggs, sausage, biscuits and hash browns for several days. What happened to continental buffet? Fruit, yogurt, bagels, cereal or waffles? No variety and not a very good selection to feed soccer players before intense heat and exercise. Due to rain/lightning and ridiculous field conditions all games were cancelled. Another team was also staying with us at the hotel. It was the request of both teams to use the conference area in which we had breakfast to allow the kids to watch the USA soccer match aired that evening. Mind you there were a total of 34 sixteen year olds with nothing to do now. Our request was denied and we were told we had to rent the room and spend $100 to rent a TV. So, sorry to other patrons at the hotel but 34 kids were then roaming the halls. Our room was not cleaned at all on the first day. We found a large cockroach and a spider in it. The drain in the bathroom tub was slow to work so each time you showered you also enjoyed a nasty bath at the same time. The only person who provided stand out service was Ms. Melissa in the breakfast area. I felt so bad for her, they were given no direction on how to handle breakfast and had little to no help the first few days. She did it with a smile and refilled drinks and silverware quickly. Please congratulate her and promote her. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a group at Holiday Inn and especially with how expensive the rate was. I feel our group should be refunded a portion of the room rate for the horrible service we received. June 19, 2015
