Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by péssima experiência Infelizmente nossa experiência foi muito desagradável. Os quartos do hotel cheiram a mofo. É realmente um cheiro muito forte. No momento que abri a porta do quarto senti imediatamente o cheiro super forte. Comecei a espirrar e passar mal na mesma hora. A gerente do hotel foi muito atenciosa e fez o possível para minimizar o problema. Ela nos mandou para outro quarto, mas o novo quarto também tinha cheiro de mofo. Ela nos mandou para um terceiro quarto, que tinha um cheiro de mofo um pouco menos insuportável, mas mesmo assim era um pouco perceptível. A gerente fez o que ela pôde, mas mesmo assim não dá para mascarar os fatos. O hotel precisa de renovação URGENTE. Os carpetes dos quartos e dos corredores são velhos e manchados, os lençóis são ásperos, a limpeza realizada diariamente não era suficiente (o quarto estava cheio de pó), os móveis são velhos. Eu fiquei com crise de alergia durante toda a minha estadia e só consegui respirar com ajuda de anti alérgicos. Eu só não saí imediatamente do hotel pois eu já tinha efetuado o pagamento. Infelizmente fiquei com uma péssima impressão da rede Holiday Inn. Obrigada, May 4, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable & Clean Room. Amazing Service This was my first time visiting Florida and I definitely will be returning next year and staying at this Holiday Inn Express. It is conveniently located across the street from Universal Studios Park. The hotel staff was warm, friendly and very helpful without being intrusive. The hotel is very well maintained and you can tell has been recently renovated. After a day of site seeing and walking around in the parks the heated pool was just what we needed to relax when we got back to the hotel. The manager was even nice enough to leave the pool open a bit longer for our group to enjoy. Little things like that our what made my stay memorable. Also they have shuttle buses set up to take you to Universal or Disney so you don't need to rent a car. But if you choose to there is a Budget Rent-a-Car right in the lobby. I will be returning with my family and a few friends next year and we will definitely be staying here!!! May 4, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by WOW I picked this hotel because it was across the street from Universal Studios Florida, thus saving $17 per day Universal Studios parking fee. Then it got GREAT. No additional fees, no internet fee, no parking fee, no ridiculous resort fee. NO additional fees. And then it got EVEN BETTER.. No line to check in or check out. The most accommodating employees I have ever dealt with. All in all it was wonderful. I know I sound like someone paid me to write this, but I read tons of reviews before deciding to give this Holiday INN a try (in today's world all franchises are not equal) and some reviews said the place across the street was better, but it was double the price when you added the extra fees. So I took a chance. And I am so glad I did. I bought a year pass to Universal and will be staying again and again. Clean, crisp, just what you would expect from a good hotel that adds to your trip enjoyment. I am 64 years old and walked back and forth three times a day from the park so the limited shuttle schedule did not bother me at all. I came and went as I pleased. May 2, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel for family vacation The staff were friendly ,courteous, and accommodating . In this day where customer service means everything , I feel that the Holdiay Inn hit the nail on the head. My only complaint I had that is somewhat out of their control was that there were people returning to their rooms at all hours of the night and they tended to be a bit loud. Other than that minor detail , I thought it was a great hotel for the money. April 29, 2015

Customer care was excellent, instructed us about the area, gave us good points when we inquired. Wished that we could of stayed longer. April 28, 2015
