Excellent service and friendly staff!

I have never encountered such a friendly staff whether it was the front desk, the ladies serving breakfast and the housekeeper. They made me feel welcoming and at home with them. The room was comfortable but it could use some updating!

Great hotel and better staff

The staff was just amazing, they all went above and beyond to may my staff very comfortable. The food service staff was very attentive and did not rush me and a friend out once it as closed down. The front desk staff was equally as great and very kind.

First class service and accommodations

From check in to check out a first class experience. Linda and Steven run an amazing hotel from the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff. They treat you like a VIP. The rooms are spacious clean and make you feel like you are home. I would recommend this hotel to all travelers and look forward to my next visit. I was in Peachtree City for business and appreciated the way I was treated by the staff at Holiday Inn. Ramma and Luis were great at the front desk and helped with restaurant selection and other information about the city.

Disappointed with Holiday Inn Peachtree City

Subpar room maintenance and no response from Holiday Inn Management from the Peachtree City, GA location or IHG staff.

Sadly, I am a IHG Rewards Club member and I feel I've been dropped off the face of the earth loosing contact with anyone from IHG or Holiday Inn Hotel

Needs Access modifications

The hotel was okay I guess, but not what I've been accustomed to at a Holiday Inn or any other IHG facility that I have stayed at. Needs to update building access and consider some breakfast amenities.

Consistent experience

This met the expectations I have staying at a Holiday Inn. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nice. I wish the breakfast were included in the fare. This is the first Holiday Inn I've stayed at where that's not the case. Disappointing, but a good experience overall.

We always stay here when visiting friends and relatives in PTC. Some rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable.

This one let me down

I travel a lot for business and usually stay at Holiday Inn Express, and usually have a great experience at them. This Holiday Inn in Peachtree City was quite different. The first thing that bothered me (quite a bit) was the smell in the room. Extremely strong smell of cleaning agents. Enough to burn your nose a little. This smell never dissipated either...lingered all night every night.
The styling in the rooms are a little outdated, the bathrooms were clean, but didn't look like it due to old tile, and (c)rusty toilet paper holders, one of which was falling off of the wall.
The thing that really disappointed was the breakfast...it was a pitiful selection at the buffet, less than the free buffets you see at the Express hotels. The food was bland as well...
The issue with that? They want over $10 for the breakfast buffet! It's worse than the free buffet and they want money for it? I'd rather go to Bojangles up the road and pay half that for a much better breakfast.

On a good note, the staff were very friendly and courteous. Bed was comfortable enough (on par with other Holiday Inn and Express hotels).
