Unfortunately, my rental car died on the way to the airport and I ended up missing my flight and had to spend the night on short notice.
The staff here made a bad situation much, much better! While the cost was the highest of any IGH I'd stayed at this week, that may have been the short notice, and the fact they were pretty full. Nonetheless, it was a great, comfortable room, had a terrific meal delivered and took the sting out of an otherwise aggravating end of day!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by jamiej312 Comfortable Bed, great service and awesome staff.
Checked in on 02-26 at 5pm, though we weren't really greeted we were checked in promptly and given directions to our room. Room was pretty nice. We needed more pillows and towels so called house keeping, they promptly answered and were at our door with in minutes. Bed was super comfortable as were the pillows. The channel selection for the TV wasn't the best but we didn't watch much TV anyway:P. The Stadium Sports Bar was pretty good. Our table was not level, service was OK. The girl didn't seem to know much when we asked questions about drinks and when we ordered our dinner she came back

We stayed at this hotel for one night after our flight out of Philly was cancelled due to weather.
This hotel seems to have been remodeled fairly recently. The lobby is very nice and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The view of downtown Philadelphia on the 11th floor was nice. Check-in was quick and the hotel is located in a great location if you're planning to go to an Eagles game... but the fun stops there.
The remodeled rooms lacked the detail to make them meet the standards of the remodeled lobby. The shower didn't drain normally, the basic television stations didn't work, couch was sunk in, and the trim around the doors/windows was not painted cleanly. The HVAC unit made a tremendous amount of noise, which startled us every time it turned on. The carpet was torn in a few locations, and the desk seemed to be intentionally located in front of the adjoining room door (extra protection maybe?). The walls are thin, and we could hear the people in the next room most of the night. The drapes were stained and I would have expected a more cleanly made bed, although the mattress was comfortable.
