Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place Decent room. Great staff and great location. Love the Park and Fly program. Good food at the restaurant. The only thing that needs attention is mold in the shower. Most hotels have it and they must not know how to deal with it. Just squirt ammonia on the spots first; let it sit for an hour; rinse very thoroughly and then squirt straight bleach on the spots; let it sit an hour and rinse. Do once a week in every room and you shouldn't have a problem. Or maybe have a bathroom door that stays open instead of automatically closing. February 3, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Transiting Through Pheonix I used this hotel after an 11 hour flight, it was refreshing to enter a hotel with very helpful and welcoming staff, the room was very clean and tidy, and the bar area was relaxing with a good choice of food and drinks. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by bedding needs replacing the location is great for the airport. The room appeared clean. But the thermostate was not working, I would turn on air, set at 70, leave the room and return and temp would be 80. I did this upon arrival, left for 3 hours back at 80. Left for dinner reset temp to 69, upon return back at 80. We were very tired and ready for bed. I called the front desk, someone answered that was very hard to understand ! I tried to communicate the problem several times; finally gave up and just hung up. The sheets were very old and scratchy!!! For the price the need new and better bedding. January 18, 2016
