Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Check in I was checking in and I gave the girl my name, in seconds she immediately said I don't have anyone with your first name in my system. You need to get your confirmation number. I walked all the way to my car to get the number, which would be no big deal but she didn't even try to find my reservation. She obviusly found my reservation. When I asked her if my first name was on there and she just shook her head. No apologogy NOTHING. I have never been treated that way. Even at another hotel that I know that misspell my name never makes me feel that way. Worst Holiday Inn experience ever. I travel everywhere for work and stay with you. I will never stay at that hotel when I go back next week. November 24, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay We enjoyed the hotel a great deal. The grounds were beautiful and sitting by the fire pit was a great joy. The room was big and we had more than enough to move around and be comfortable. The bathroom is rather small but it was clean. The breakfast buffet was great and the customer service was outstanding. My Wife and I were greeted with great respect by a friendly staff and the the rooms were very comfortable. It's close enough to other attractions such as PIR and Tombstone in which we visited while in Phoenix. Thank you for making our stay an enjoyable one! November 20, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by No hot water in shower. Staff smokes on grounds Terrible experience w/shower. No hot water, poor water pressure, ridiculously poor shower head, and water dripped constantly our of shower keeping us awake at night. We reported the problem 3 different times over the course of 3 days, were promised someone would be over to fix the problem right away. No one ever came. Finally we asked for a manager. None was available. We were told we could see one in the morning on our checkout day. None was available then either. Facility is lovely but management issued seem to be a major issue. No attention to details that make your stay memorable or desirable for a future visit. November 19, 2015
