Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Won't be back This hotel really doesn't do the Holiday Inn brand any justice. During spring training, hotel rates in the city are outrageous so I booked this hotel for my business travel. I did not feel safe in the hotel, many of the other guests looked sketchy, and I was booked in a ground floor room. I will not be back. This is a solidly 2-star hotel. March 21, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by loud neighbor's tv The hotel is nice and clean. However, the front desk service is slow and I've asked for my bill to be emailed to me, never got them in my two stays. It's been two weeks and still have no bills in the email. Also, the week of 3/2-3/5, I was sent to a room on the 3rd floor, but the keys given to me didn't work. and they directed me to another room on the first floor. When I walked into the room, it feels like someone had been in the room, and maybe moved to another room. I suspected that my original room was on the 3rd floor, and since I checked in later that day, the original occupant of the first floor room must have complained about the next door's loud tv all night and all day. Especially in the bathroom, you could hear the tv from next door, sounded like people are in a party talking loud, but you could tell it is television since I could hear the commercials. The rooms are not sound-proof apparently, had a hard time sleeping that week. March 16, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by cleaning staff The cleaning staff was not friendly and I felt did not do a good job. I should not have to ask for trash cans for the room or find items left in the bathroom or sitting area from the previous guest. The front desk, Lexi took care of it and was wonderful. Even passing the cleaning staff in the hall or sharing an elevator, they were not friendly. March 8, 2015
