All the staff in the hotel were exceptional and really cared about the guests. The serving staff at the breakfast area were the best and were cheerful all the time and very helpful. We had an error on our bill at checkout and it was quickly corrected in a very professional and courteous manner.

This was in the center of everything, so we didn't have to drive for long to see all the parks and exhibits. The weather was a little cool, so it was good to stay in a full service hotel. We had dinner, cocktails and a lovely lobby to hang out at. We would have liked a restaurant, than just a section of the lobby set for the dinner. This caused our meal to be a little delayed. We tried to leave this Review on our I-Pad, but we were unable to process the review from an I-Pad. It needed a full computer to process it. We brought this to the desk's attention.

This was a great experience. I have never stayed at this hotel before and I would recommend it to anyone that I know.

This hotel seems to be just completing major renovations. Some things still need attention, but overall, it was the nicest stay we had on a 2-week long drive across country. You can walk into downtown Rapid City for dinner through a lovely park. It's easily accessible by the highway for touring the area. The rooms are comfortable and have been updated nicely. Very modern and sleek.

The hotel badly needs an update. The paint was peeling from the ceiling and the carpeting was dirty. But it was the 4 bugs that I found and the lack of the manager on duty's concern.

The front desk employees, Victor and Jeremy, were very friendly, courteous & knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have them check us in. Also later we ate in the restaurant and Victor came over and was helping the wait staff out. Victor is a great employee and restaurant had delicious food.

From the time we walked in the door and met staff member Paula until the time we checked out, this HI proved why they are one of the best. Every staff member seemed to be on the same playbook with superb customer service.
If you are in the area, DO NOT MISS the chance to stay with these people, you will not regret it!

We arrived late in the evening after a long days drive and on entering the hotel we were very impressed by the lounge area, its atrium, the fountain and the glass lifts. My correct status in the IHG Rewards program was not initially recognised but once I was able to prove my current status, everything then went smoothly. My status had changed since booking the hotel and the computer system was showing my previous status to the reception staff. We had a suite which was much larger than I was expecting. The only thing that let it down was the décor of the lounge area which was a bit stark. Everything else in the suite was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. When my wife asked for a glass of milk, this was organised straight away without any fuss. As it was late, I took advantage of the snacks available from the small store had a drink at the bar and the barman was very friendly. I would happily stay here again if I was in the area.
