Well it is an average holiday inn nothing too special about it. I noticed one day while returning that the American flag had come loose in a way to which it was flying upside down. I told the front desk about it and offered to help them and they told me not to worry and they would get it fixed. This was 2:00 pm, around 6:30 pm I had to get something from my car and I noticed that it had not been taken care of and had been flying upside down for over 4 hours. I told the front desk, who was the same employee, and he told me that he was unaware and this was the first he had heard of this. I could not believe that I was being lied to, right to my face. I then reminded him that I was the one who had told him four hours ago that there was an issue. He then stumbled on his words when confronted with this. I had to call customer relations who had to then call the front desk to have them fix this. As a veteran I am disgusted that an employee would have such disrespect to our nations symbol.

I arrived without a reservation and the front desk person was very helpful in finding what I desired in a room. As well, he worked to find me the best price for a great room.
The room was very clean, it had all the amenities and everything worked properly.
The ONLY downside would be the wifi was spotty in my area of the hotel. This was not a major concern, and quite honestly, this is a pretty common problem with most hotels in general.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for any road weary travelers looking for a good nights sleep.
