Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great breakfast and service. The breakfast buffet was one of the best parts of my stay. I also enjoyed having a properly working air conditioning unit (quite remarkable for Italy). And the concierge was knowledgeable and very friendly. The only thing I was not very happy with was the quality of the ironing boards. These were very old, and so were the irons. Also they were not available in the room, I had to ask for them, and had to have an iron replaced since it was not working properly. If it hadn't been a business trip this would not have been an issue. May 12, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable room and great sevice from staff I found this Holiday Inn perfect for my stay as it was close to the international airpot, and as I had a rental car, the free parking was a plus. On this occasion I was on vacation, commencing in Rome. I was able to drive around Rome to all amenities, and the concierge staff were most helpful in providing accurate information and directions about local facilities and venues.I would return to this site next time I am in Rome, as it meets all my travel needs. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not Representative of Holiday Inns We were extremely disappointed. The hotel was selected by an industry organization and when I went on line appeared to be very nice. However, the rooms were outdated, the restaurant food (except for one meal) was very poor in taste and selection and the number of issues with the room heating and lack of a safe, ironing board, place for clothes, broken iron (read shock hazard), lousy towels (not to mention no wash cloths) and you end up with an extremely poor rating for this hotel. I have been a Holiday Inn member for over 30 years. This hotel does not live up to the standard I have come to expect and why I have been loyal to the chain all these years. Someone from IHG shoudl really look at this location and determine if it should carry the logo.. April 30, 2016
