I usually quietly smile at such claims but here i was totally surprised, well done. It would be remissive of me if i didnt mentioned Tiffany, the service Tiffany provided was outstanding and well beyond the call of duty, Thank you. I hope the owners and mangement of the hotel recognise the talent and reward Tiffany's great service. The only recommendation i would make is to have the shutlle service every 15 mins. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Experience I would have to say that I really enjoyed my stay at the JFK Holiday Inn Location. The staff was very accommodating and attentive to everything that I needed. The shuttles ran very well, my room was well stocked and very clean. You can tell that this hotel is very well taken care of. Will definitely come back and recommend in the near future. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel with a warm and welcome athmosphere The hotel is fresh and clean in all ways. The hotel is mostly used by transfer passengers. The gals in the reception are great and have customer service on the top of their list. Stay away from the "C" level where there are some noisy more permanent residents. The elevators are a bit strange and sometimes act on their own. The trip between lobby and first floor takes just as long time as floor 1 to 6. Just bear with them... February 10, 2015
