Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Food, Great Service The hotel staff at the Rosemont Holiday Inn were very friendly and attentive. I always felt welcomed and never ran into any issues. The breakfast was a great start to each morning. We had plenty of space in the room. The room was also very clean and comfortable. My only criticism is the fitness center which had little equipment with which to workout, however, I understand hotels have to work around liability issues and can't always have proper fitness centers. Everything else met or exceeded expectations. August 26, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hair in the bathroom! Too cold in the room! First, the AC in the room could not be adjusted. It was extremely cold in the room. I could understand it, but if this happened in any other customer-friendly hotel, the staff would at least ask whether more duvets were needed or not.In this hotel, and you could expect nothing or you could turn off the AC and felt the hot summer. Second, hair was found on the towel when I used the towel after shower, and it was really long and disgusting. The cleanness was a must avoided problem for any hotel. Also, no staff showed up even after I had reported it to the front office for a long time, and was this the attitude of holiday inn? I doubted it and I did not receive even a simple apologizer. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Spacious, clean room with super comfortable bed. Flight out of O'Hare was cancelled. Checked in at 8:00 p.m. and checked out at 3:30 a.m., but the room was great for the short time I was there. Exceeded my expectations. August 21, 2015

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. My daughter wished we could take the mattress and pillows home with us. I'd go back any time! August 18, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room Service Lacking Issues with this room: * Stains on Carpet *Ironing Board is basically unusable. *Room Service line was "Busy" all morning. Called the front desk and was disconnected twice, only to be told that I couldn't order a pot of coffee to my room ... I could only do that from Harry Caray's in the evening. Can't get coffee in my room in the morning? *Harry Caray's food was way over-cooked from how I ordered it. Prime Rib came with no au jus, horseradish sauce, etc. Decent rate in close proximity to my meeting, but that's about it. August 18, 2015
