We didn't hear the other guest leaving their rooms in the morning which was a plus for us since we didn't get to bed until 1:30a. We would stay at this hotel again. September 30, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst experience ever The front desk clerk was useless and added no value to this establishment. When we received a room that did not meet our needs or meet what was originally reserved, we went to the front desk to discuss options. We were quickly told it is not there problem and to go back to the room. The young lady was rude and completely useless with attitude. We were promised a suite when first booked with a king bed and a sofa sleeper (we are a family of 4). When we arrived, we received a handicap room that only had one bed. When addressed, we were told it was not their fault and that we would have to deal with it. I explained that she is part of the Holiday Inn establishment so that does make her responsible. Again, she responded with "not my problem". We went back to the room to only find out the tv does not work. It took forever to get it replaced. We were then given 1 rollout bed so we ended up cramming 3 people into one bed. It was the worst service I have ever experienced for an establishment that "tries" to pride themselves on service. I will not stay there again nor will advise anyone to stay there. I suggest they address the young lady that works there b/c she does not belong in the hospitality business, September 9, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent bar and cafe area. My stay was excellent. I could not ask for more. I was received with great customer service. There was a great dining area along with a full service bar. There was a workout room, indoor pool and spa. The overall display of the hotel was designed rather nicely and the guest rooms were perfect. September 8, 2015
