Evelyn at the front desk helped us more than once trying to make arrangements for our needs as to where to go to catch the trolley and how to get to the wharf. She made you very comfortable no matter what our questions were.
Our stay at the Holiday Inn/SFO/Fisherman's Wharf was nothing but pleasure and should we return to SFO,
we will definitely be contacting you for your services again.

Couldn't ask for a better location near Hyde Street Pier and Aquatic Park. Lots of dining options nearby and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Stay!! Great Property
Great Location at Fisherman's Wharf. Close to everything, clean and spacious rooms. Parking also very convenient with in out privileges. Person at front desk could not have been more personable and helpful and even offered up a late check out. No need to hesitate if you want to stay at a great property in a great location.

The hotel room was nice and clean and staff was helpful and friendly. The beds were comfy but the pillows were too big/thick. The noise outside the window made it hard to sleep with all the noisy trucks going past. This is not the fault of the hotel. Would have been nice to have a free continental breakfast as the hotel buffet breakfast was $25! The hotel was within walking distance to many restaurants, fisherman's wharf and cable cars. A great location and would definitely stay again!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by millartime Great Location but really noisy
Great location for Fishermans Wharf and easy to get to Union square area using public transport.
Hotel is good with reasonably big rooms.
Parking is expensive at $50 a night but we wanted to retain rental car and knew about this in advance of arriving therefore no surprise.
Main drawback is the excessive nose from out with the hotel. There only appears to be a period between 3am and 6am when there is little or no noise.
A perfect hotel for a sound sleeper otherwise avoid.

Besides having to pay 50 dollars a day to park, and the room AC was not fully cooling the room off. The lcoation was great, and the bed was very comfortable.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Georg1967 Stay is ok but noise from the road
The hotel has a very convenient location next to fisherman wharf and the SFO cable car . Its a good starting point to visit the whole city. Consider not going there with a car as the cost for parking is very high (50 USD per night). The hotel is overall ok but the noise from the close road can be disturbing as the windows are very bad isolated.
