Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel needs upgrading The hotel is very well located, the staff is very helpful and take care of your needs right away. The rooms are a bit dated and need upgrading, I think it is the only hotel I have been in the last few years that does not have flat TV. The treadmills in the gym are more home edition than hotel edition. I will come back for business and I would love to see some updating. July 19, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Last Minute Decision As I had stayed at this hotel before, I chose it again as a last minute decision to stay over in San Jose. I was a little disappointed that I needed to book online or thru app to get best room rate...since I was traveling in Costa Rica countryside with only my smartphone with spotty reception. And in the end, the app wasn't working anyway!! Other than that, stay was uneventful July 17, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Excelente Servicio pero con serios problemas de acceso a internet Es un hotel muy comodo, su oferta gastronómica excelente, está bien ubicado en el centro de San José pero tiene un gran problema si usted viene a algún congreso o de negocios, el acceso a internet no es nada confiable. No sólo es lenta la red de internet sino que se cae por largos periodos. El factor internet puede poner serias dificultades en su visita a la ciudad y al hotel. July 16, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Servicio Lobby La impresora no sirve. Las facturas son ilegibles. El problema no es nuevo y nadie lo corrige. Parece que a nadie le importa como imprimen las facturas que le dan a sus clientes. Es una pésima imagen del hotel. No tener la capacidad de tener una impresora de calidad que imprima facturas de forma legible y sobre todo entendible. (adjunto imagen de la única factura que me dio el hotel) La forma de imprimir facturas es pésima. A uno le interesa ver el total en la factura. Al hacer el checkout, la señorita que me atendió es pésima en conocimiento. Es la segunda vez que me atiende y muy mal. No quiso entregarme factura por el hospedaje porque la reserva la hice en la aplicación de IHG. Entré hoy a la aplicación de IHG y no hay forma de imprimir un Receipt o factura de mi hospedaje. Esto es frustrante. Debo gastar en una llamada internacional para que me envíen la factura. Lo mismo sucedió en Abril, donde la misma señorita, además de tardarse demasiado, me dio una factura imposible de entender. July 15, 2015

Menu varied in restaurant and food prepared and served beautifully. All staff efficient in their job and pleasant to deal with at all times. July 12, 2015
