Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible Guests checking in after midnight are not valued. A sign on the front door says use another door, but every door requires a key card. If you haven't checked in, you don't have a key card. Cleaning staff will just walk in your room at 9am instead of waiting until check out time. July 22, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and fresh smell upon entrance of the hotel. Upon entrance to the hotel there was a fresh and clean smell of the hotel and appearance. The furniture in the lobby area was inviting giving me the expectation that my room would be clean and fresh as the lobby. I was not disappointed upon entry of my room. The bedding were clean and the room. The bed and pillows were more comfortable than those at my home. I was very pleased. Keep up the good work. July 15, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Room OK but check-in process was a nightmare. When we eventually got to it, the room was fine - clean, secure, comfortable.......normal Holiday Inn quality. The problem was checking in, albeit late at night. We were the only customers, and it still took 20 minutes just to receive a room-key, only to find that it didn't work in the room we were given. It took another 15 minutes to get a replacement key for another room.......and in the early hours of the morning we had another guest trying to access our room with a key, insisting that they had been allocated the same room! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Booking Holiday Inn Reservations Disappointed in the central reservations - they neglected to annotate my reservations with my request for a room near an exit door even after I explained my husband did not smoke and would prefer to not be in a smoking room. Although Desk Clerk was friendly, she was not able to make changes to room assigned. I was told I could walk down 5 flights of stairs or use elevator to go outside to smoke. July 9, 2015
