Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 Disappointed The heating unit wouldn't cut off, the door to the closest fell off and I called the front desk but no one ever came. Ice machine didn't work on my floor , i will not be back. February 7, 2016
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed I was excited to stay at a hotel in downtown Shreveport but was vey disappointed. The stay was nice but not very helpful when it came to suggestions of restaurants, etc. our room was very small, much smaller than the pictures lead you to believe. We had a refrigerator, which did not work. We did not have a remote, and the train passes often. Sleep was not easy. We let the front desk know about the refrigerator and remote, and they said they would send maintenance to our room. We checked out 2 days later and no one ever came. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will never stay there again. Also, they do not offer complimentary continental breakfast! Who doesn't offer that in these times!! February 4, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Next to railroad track I stayed in this hotel for one night and it was horrible! This hotel sits right alongside a railroad track and trains come at least once an hour. That means I was awake every hour that night. I don't understand why they don't have windows with noise cancellation or something similar. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone just because of the location. February 3, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Walk to Casinos and SciPort...even at night! Our Family visited Shreveport to go to the Casinos and WIN BIG! I am glad we stayed here, because we were able to walk to the Casinos and SciPort Discovery Center...even at night. There was a shuttle to and from the Casinos until 2AM..but we were winning so we stayed later and walked back. There is quite a bit of noise that comes from the train that is couple feet from the hotel, but if you enjoy yourself enough while at the Casino you barely even notice. The Front Desk Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were nice and clean. Do not bring home the leftovers because there is NO mini-fridge or microwave in the room. Beds were firm but comfortable .The parking had adequate lighting but could easily fill up quickly. We will stay here again! January 29, 2016
