Hotel has become filthy with no intention to improve. Staff which was once friendly has all gone leaving the hateful crew now working this place. Front desk employees seem to find humor in only programming key cards for one day at a time leaving you to come get them programmed almost every day. Housekeeping tried to enter my room unannounced on the day of my last checkout by unlocking the deadbolt with a key around 10:30am. Attempted break in for lack of a better term. Multiple restaurant and bar charges to the booking agency our company uses. And multiple company charges to my personal credit cards. They don't pay attention, just randomly charge the first card number they find. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.

hotel staff was attentive and friendly. the business center printer was broken but front desk clerk handled my needs
the carpet on floor was dated and the bed squeaked when you moved
this is an excellent hotel
there were just a few things that were in need of attention

House keeping in this hotel is dysfunctional. Had to wait until 4:30PM to check into my room and when I arrived the room was not cleaned. There were roached in the kitchen and the bathroom light did not work. I had to request another room. When I moved into another room I arrived back to the hotel at 7:30 PM day two and my room had not been cleaned. When I called front desk they said they would have someone to come down. No one showed up, not even to offer clean towels. Later that night as the weather change I realized the heater was not working. Someone came and worked over an hours and could not repair so I ended up moving to a third room. This was not a good experience. Actually the worst experience out of all hotels stay.

For an older property, this place was in pretty good shape. The staff was very nice and personable. The front desk attendants were knowledgeable about the area and offered suggestions for dinner. Really, my only complaint would be the dated property wasn't super clean. That said, for the value I would stay here again.

no bath mat ,one towel ,2 wash cloths, 2 hand towels .
no soap for tub or hands.no shampoo,a half bottle of conditioner.
TP ran out of,cleanex ran out of too.
one coffee cup in room ,no drinking glasses
bed squeaked when you would sit on edges on all three sides.bed sheets seemed clean.
floor wasn't vacuumed.
went down to front desk to get more items for my room.told the lady at front desk with a note on what was missing in room .she then sent me to the restaurant to get my own coffee cups for my room .
then when i walked back with coffee cups in hand.then she call laundry to come up to front desk .laundry lady showed up at front desk an the lady at front handed the laundry my note of items missing in room.to save time i went to laundry room with her for my towels an items that was missing .still didn't get the soap an it was listed on the note.i gave up at that time of taking my shower .

As usual, the Holiday Inn West was an excellent accommodation for a reasonable price. The stff were friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and, for the most part, very comfortable. The only problems were the couch was not comfortable and the bed squeaked upon entering and getting out of. After fifteen years of staying here for business and leisure, I am satisfied with this hotel.
