Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by NEVER USE THIS HOTEL The ABSOLUTE WORST experience I have EVER had at a hotel.
Recently stayed here on business and would suggest to NEVER use this hotel for any reason. We had nothing but problems from check in to check out, and never received ANY apologies or ANY kind of compensation. Chris is the absolute WORST manager I have EVER had to deal with in my entire professional career.
When we checked in they were very rude and did not listen to what we needed. We had 5 rooms total, but had one person checking in at a later time. They gave us 5 room keys then, I had asked for only 4. I left the last room at the front desk for later pick up. When our last person went to check in they informed them that they did not have the key at the front desk, when in fact they did have the key at the front desk. This caused a MAJOR delay for checking in and getting to our destination.
We had 4 of these rooms for 3 nights, and one room for 2 nights, which is apparently too much math for the staff to understand. They checked out the wrong room after two nights, and then refused to help us change it to the correct room telling us that they were sold out. I had a confirmation number showing all four rooms for three nights, and they still refused to help me telling me that the confirmation number did not exist and that they did not have my name staying there at all, after I had already been there for two nights. I informed him that we had reserved 4 rooms, and would not be leaving, he told he would call the police if we didn't check out of a room we had already reserved. He then announced all of our room numbers to a PACKED lobby, which an is embarrassingly terrible thing to do. ANYONE working at a hotel should know better than to announce room numbers, especially a "manager" He finally was willing the help us after I had explained for the fifth or sixth time that they had checked out the wrong room number. After all over this we were over an hour late to our business meeting for that day, which was the reason for the trip in the first place.
Again, we were never apologized to for SEVERAL inconveniences that I find absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. Our company will no longer stay at ANY Holiday Inn hotel after this.

Comfortable bed and great service. The room was clean and the bed Comfortable. Convenient restaurant located off hotel lobby.

We have stayed in this hotel before and always get the friendliest reception when we arrive. Had booked a single king bed as that was the only thing left. But when i checked in they were able to switch me to a room with 2 separate beds, which is what i preferred.
