Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by terrible experience all around I made comments earlier. Lobby, bar and restaurant smell was nauseating, sink in bathroom clogged the first 2 minutes we had water on, shower did not get hot, bar staff was horrible... July 22, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by AC Unit - bad then great customer service My first night was horrible. The air conditioning did not cool down my room. I had to sleep on the couch by the ac unit to have any relief. I called the front desk that Monday night and the lady wasn't helpful, didn't offer any type of assistance and made excuses. She said there were no other rooms available. That very next morning I went downstairs and discussed the issue with Brittany, who replaced the previous lady. Brittany was wonderful. She sent maintenance to my room. He was there quickly, checked the issue, told Brittany I needed to be moved and miraculously a room was available. I'll only visit this hotel because Brittany treated me with great customer service. The other lady needs to be retrained. July 19, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Won't stay again We have family in St. Louis and visit often. This hotel is close to many of them and we've stayed there a lot. This last time the room rates were extremely high, and someone who checked in on the day we checked in was quoted a much lower price than I got online. The bathroom smelled like mildew. One day our beds weren't even made. The yoghurt for breakfast in the cafe was the tiny snack size. We will not stay there again which is too bad because for us the location is great. July 17, 2015

The manager at the Holiday Inn-Forrest Park was so gracious to allow me to check in along with my other family members. I was so happy to be able to spend quality time with my family! The entire staff showed great hospitality! And, the pillows were marvelous!!! July 15, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by very hospitable home away from home When traveling to the St Louis area for fun weekends we always stay at this St Louis-Forest Park Holiday Inn. We know the staff is knowledgeable, very hospitable and the guest rooms are always fresh and clean. Nice towels and bath amenities. And who doesn't like a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie in the afternoon! I recommend this to friends since this location is so close to downtown, the Hill, Forest Park and Soulard. Doesn't get any easier than this....... July 8, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Room was not clean I've stayed exclusively at Holiday Inn's for work since 97. This was the worst property I have stayed at. I do not believe the rooms have been thoroughly cleaned for quite sometime. They do have a housekeeper that comes in and sweeps the hallways at 10:30 at night, which is real helpful when you are trying to sleep. I understand that this is an older property, but that does not mean it can not be cleaned properly. I would avoid this property. July 6, 2015
