The hotel was very busy the weekend I stayed. In spite of that, the restaurant provided excellent service and the desk staff was very polite and helpful. I rated the value average because it really was average for a Holiday Inn. The only other constructive criticism I have is that a hotel with 8 floors really ougt to have four elevators. This hotel only had two. Someone mentioned in 2013 that the hotel should look at providing complementary coffee in the lobby. Management must have looked and balked, because three years later, there is still no complimentary coffee offered in the lobby. Maybe it's because they want to draw you to the restaurant, which is not bad, when it's open. But the restaurant doesn't open early enough for an airport hotel. Once again, I don't know if they were getting enough buisness to justify opening the restaurant at 6:00 a.m. All I know is that if you're catering to airport customers, 7:00 a.m. is too late for individuals catching early weekend flights. Still, all-in-all, this hotel is not bad.
