Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Frequent Business Stay This hotel is great, being right across the street from the airport and car rental. I frequently stay here for business. The hotel is clean and neat, though slightly dated. The staff are ALWAYS polite and smile. They address any of my concerns. The outdoor pool is nice and, there are grills on site so you can cook your own food. The fitness room is also pretty good as they have free weights and a treadmill. The only down side was that they bar/lounge was in the process of being remodeled and is still not complete. I look forward to the new design. May 19, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor hotel As a Spire member surprised about following issues. 1. Not offered snack bag or points(points did show up in account) 2. Desk Clerks more worried about what other employees are doing and who is microwaving hamburgers downstairs 3. As hard as bed is might as well slept on the floor 4. Toilet lid is not fastened to the toilet 5. People smoke on the bench outside the rooms window, might have been smoking in my room 6. Stayed here due to early flight, but restaurant/lounge is closed for remolding. No one said this or was it on the website Had to bring one of my employees to my room due to no meeting space, he said he was surprised my room was so bad. May 19, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Airport savy and a short drive. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful but had to charge us the full amount for two weeks of parking for just a long weekend trip. A little pricey for the short trip and short time to park. It would be a better value with their sleep and fly if you (park) take a longer trip. Many hotel chains, not just this one, could increase lodger's comfort with an additional luggage stand in the room. May 11, 2016
