Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by original Room smelled and had dirt on walls The first suite we were assigned (425) smelled of poop and the green walls had brown dirt in places. I spoke with the desk clerk, a young man can't remember his name, he was polite and resolved it by transferring us to the only room still open The Texan i believed he called it.. This room didn't smell but still had dirty wall and carpet.. We have stayed at this hotel several times and each time the quality has dropped.. Will be looking for another place next time I visit our sons in college. It seems this hotel only cares about getting the rooms filled not providing a relaxing clean experience. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by OSU Visit This was our first experience with a full service Holiday Inn and will be our last at this property. Everything seemed fine upon our late arrival the night before our early morning school tour. However, I woke up early to get showered before waking the others and there was no hot water! This was not the way to begin our long school tour day followed by the long drive home. We attempted to have breakfast before leaving the hotel but that proved to be impossible in a timely matter. We waited for service at our table for about ten minutes and once we were served coffee, the cups were dirty. We did not have the time it was taking to wait to order and for the food to be served so we left and headed for McDonalds drive thru. After paying for the breakfast to be included in our stay this did not seem like the ways things should be going. Needless to say, we did not get our day started on a positive note as we had planned to set the tone for our day of college touring. So the front desk attempted to adjust our bill to not charge us for our stay, however, after checking our credit card account online we discovered she had not adjusted anything but rather charged us again. So ended up being charged for two nights for the one disastrous night we did spend. They say they are correcting that issue but we will see. Would not recommend this hotel until they can train their staff properly and take care of their guests. Very disappointing! January 26, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Hostess is terrible I walked into hotel, to get a room. There were 2 girls at the front desk talking and on their phones! They both looked at me, then went back to talking and texting. As I stood there wondering if I was going to get waited on, the girls walked over to the bar area, and started opening it, I guess! They looked over at me a few times, but nothing was ever said, I just stood there. No one else came up to the desk, I stood there a good 5-10 mins. I looked up hotel phone number and dialed it! From the back of me to the east of elevators, a pregnant girl walks up to the desk as the phone is ringing, I hang up, and she asked if that was me, I said yes it was! She said someone took the sign for the desk. She was very rude. Never said thanks for being a ihg member nothing! Needs to be in house keeping not a hostess!!! I try and stay at a ihg everywhere I go, that was the worst I have ever been treated ever!!!! January 17, 2016
