Disappointed in the tidiness and cleanliness of the lobby area. Spent quite a bit of time there in mornings and could see that it was not picked up from the prior evening. June 27, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Stillwater H.I. Suites I have stayed at this property on several occasions. For this particular stay, the wireless internet was an issue. The wireless signal was strong; however, the post password login connection would constantly move from connected, to limited and finally no connection. Fortunately, I could use my phone as a hot spot. ** I did not report the issue to the front desk. I knew how the conversation and resolution would play out. So, I didn't waste my time. On the morning of June 17, the chef (cook) did not show up for work (perhaps a scheduling issue or something alike). So no breakfast was available on the property. A couple of things upset me, first there was no sign or personnel to indicate that breakfast was unavailable. So I sat down, waiting on someone to greet me / take my order. I waited and waited until an employee come over to explain the situation. Secondly, I had to drive off property to find a quick bite, as time table was limited. There was no options provided for any continental style breakfast (not requiring a cook to prepare: cereal, toast, juice, coffee...etc). The room was adequate and the other amenities were operational. June 25, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by DISAPPOINTED HAVE STAYED HERE THREE TIMES BEFORE. ALWAYS VERY PLEASED EXCEPT FOR THIS TIME. STAYED IN ROOM 200. CARPET WAS STAINED. FLOOR TILES IN BATHROOM WERE CHIPPED. CHAIR WAS STAINED, SOAP DISH WAS CHIPPED. TV LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE TRIED TO UNBOLT IT FROM THE TH CONSOLE. HOOK WAS BROKEN IN THE DOOR. ONE OF THE MATRESSES WAS REALLY BAD. FOUND OLD BOTTLE UNDER THE CHAIR. WAS DISAPPOINTED. EXPECTED BETTER FROM HOLIDAY INN. STAFF WAS GOOD. WE ARE PLANNING TO BE BACK ON THE FOURTH OF JULY WEEKEND BUT WILL THINK HARD ABOUT WHETHER WE WANT TO DO HOLIDAY INN AGAIN. June 24, 2015
