Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall - OK This is a newer hotel in Stillwater, but room was hastily cleaned, clearly - was there during Special Olympics, so all hotels are full during this time. I booked about 11 months early, so I was sure to have a place to stay-! Pool and grounds were not clean at all, but room was very comfortable overall. Bathroom could have been cleaner, though. I am picky - I want it sparkling when I walk in the door. May 18, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfort and Friendliness Holiday Inns are my hotels of choice but what keeps me coming back to the Stillwater Holiday Inn is the ease to get to OSU and most importantly the friendliness and customer care of the staff. At this Holiday Inn I always have a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff makes you feel like you are special and go the extra mile to be sure you do. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable and the rooms are clean updated. This is the best Holiday Inn I have stayed in to date. Keep up the excellent job! May 17, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 2015 OSU Graduation Stay This hotel is very spacious and nice for a visit to the University! There were only a few minor details I pointed out that could be updated - one would be newer shower curtains and the other - liquid body wash and possibly nicer towels! However, the location was great - the room was nice and we loved having a den along with the large bedroom! May 13, 2015

Got to town after a 2.5hr drive and went to check in at 3pm which I had called earlier to confirm reservation (3 rooms) and check in time, but was told no rooms were ready, so my family had to go to our son's graduation ceremony "unready". Service was horrible, dining room ran out of food (college graduation wknd)--really? Was charged a double rate for one night due to graduation, but was not told at booking this would be done. Went down to bar/dining room at 10:30 with family to get a drink, they had closed and sign said 11PM close. May 11, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room cleanliness - a major flaw! t has been a long time since I have been so disapponted in how unclean and, I suspect, unsanitary the bathroom was. After seeing it, I placed the bathmat down immediately and tried very hard to only step on that throughout my stay. The condition of the bathroom may be suspicious that the rest of the room was equally neglected. May 10, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not this Holiday Inn I am happy overall with the Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express that I stay at throughout the year but not this Holiday Inn in Stillwater, OK. Maybe it was just a one time thing but I had a bad experience from day one. I stayed there a total of 3 nights and if the key to the door did not work, the internet in the room did not work so I had to end up switching to a different room because of the key entry and then I had to switch to a different room because of the internet. Some of the staff went out of their way to help and make up for it but some of them were not very professional. I hope I do not ever have to go to Stillwater again and if I do then I will not stay at this Holiday Inn. May 6, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Comedy of Errors I stay at a lot of Holiday Inns and this qualifies as probably the worst I have ever been at. While it was one of the most expensive I have stayed at, breakfast was not included. One Friday night after my wife and I arrived hot and sweaty from a day at a local race track, there was no water. We had to go downstairs just to get a couple bottle to brush our teeth. The water didn't come on until after 10PM after my wife had already gone to bed. On Saturday they didn't make up our room. We had left for the day at 6:30 AM so there was no reason for that. There room was not especially clean - the bedding had stains on it when we arrived and there were Cheetos on the floor (not ours). Every time I went to the front desk there was a wait to get even a basic question answered. Their excuse was that the computers were slow. A second person on staff could have fixed this. We had stayed at this Holiday Inn once before at it was fine. I won't be coming back. My wife and I both left irritated. May 5, 2015
