Although the Staff was friendly and provided prompt service, the Wireless Internet was too slow to do work from my room later in the evening . Also, my room was not as clean as it should have been. This is a great location, so the Facility Team just needs to get it in better shape otherwise I will not stay here nor recommend it to others who are traveling to our Business offices nearby.

Hotel is off 495 on a road with very heavily traffic during rush hour. Every Tom, Dick and Harry is racing to either get on I-495 or going to I-93. People in MA drive very fast and have no patience for out-of-town people. The left turn out of the hotel in the AM is lethal.
The front desk folks are helpful and I feel for them when one of the Chinese tour buses rolls in. At that point reception looks like Grand Central Station in Manhattan.
The property needs new carpet throughout and new elevators. Hallways need sprucing up too. No A/C in the hallways as an FYI. Poor air circulation too in the hallways.
Rooms also need new carpeting, new beds and new wallpaper. The A/C in the room is very noisy and probably all the A/C's need replacement in the whole place. Water pressure is good and lighting is fine.
Restaurant downstairs is like a college dorm,. Buffet set-up crammed into a corner and every man for himself. Boxed cereal and milk in a frig that has poor cooling + heavy triglyceride ladened-eggs, sausage - nothing healthy like home made oatmeal (too much labor for the back staff). They just throw the food out there like an open trough. The kids that work in the restaurant in the AM look like they really do not want to be there and I was there in the summer , so I suspect they are all college kids on-the-cheap (part-timers). Don't trip over the Chinese tourists by the chafing dishes, they love USA's all-you-can-eat style indeed.
Convenient location that probably needs about $5m in upgrades to justify what they are charging.

The registration desk employees were very friendly and greeted us with a friendly manner. The hotel overall is a very nice hotel, and the reward points are great. In the past we had used the restaurant, and had a good recommendation there.
