Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable stay The rooms are large and the beds and pillows comfortable. The showers are functional and provide plenty of hot water. Only small negative comment is that the air conditioning is very noisy in the room I had and seems a general comment about previous rooms I have stayed in at this hotel. October 31, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room temperature too high The rooms are very warm, air-conditioning doesn't work properly, you can not get lower temperature then 21,5 degrees, this is too warm for sleeping. The breakfast is very good high service staff. Internet works very well in the room and lobby area, but different login names needed. October 18, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by 一般一般 没有亮点 1、入住第一天赠送的果盘很差:苹果个小,香蕉不新鲜,这样的欢迎果盘没有比有更好,让我一来心情就不好。 2、酒店房间有些地方灰尘很厚,每天打扫的也不是很干净。 3、酒店Mini bar 里的酒水经常忘记补充。 4、开始住的行政楼层套房1601房间wifi信号不好,后来更换了房间好多了。 5、有一次打扫房间忘记收我要洗的衣服,而且每次必须要我自己填写洗衣单才洗,我住21天每天填写很麻烦,很麻烦!耽误我的时间。 6、酒店楼层气味不好闻,有种霉味和劣质香水味。说不清楚什么味道。 7、行政楼层晚上自助餐食物太单一而且经常还没到8点就吃完了,不够吃,补充的食物很随便不好吃。 8、行政楼层可选酒水太少,免费的罐装啤酒很差。 9、服务员不够漂亮,礼貌程度不够。 September 22, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 员工素质极其不符合这个酒店品牌 6月26日早和外国朋友在酒店共进早餐,酒店餐饮员工素质实在不敢恭维,员工之间的对话中不断带出脏字,可能都是口头语,但让在场的宾客很尴尬,我甚至怀疑我正在使用的早餐是否卫生?因为我不知道这种素质的员工如何用心做事?2010年,我到贵酒店多次,当时状况不错,看来是越做越差了!希望尽快改善。 June 28, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Executive Lounge Attitude and Service of Executive Lounge Staff is barely acceptable - more courtesy and service training required. The food served at Executive Lounge ( Breakfast & Cocktail-hour) is deplorable and totally unacceptable. When I turned up for breakfast on two consecutive days I was not even greeted at the entrance, neither was I asked if I wanted Coffee or Tea. The omelette was over-cooked and cold, and barely anymore food left at 9am. Everything else in the hotel is 'Tops'. May 4, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by smoking in public areas, need to put signs visible it is against the law to smoke in public areas and non smoking rooms. there are some signs but stuck off to side of lobby. when I arrived there were 6 people at check in desk. 4 of them smoking , one in fact light up 3 feet from desk clerk. No one said anything to them . I stood back about 30 feet until the left as did not want my clothes smelling like smoke. the staff needs to be trained on how to say NO, to smoking in a polite manner. and signs need to be put on the desk and on stand as people come in the door. other than that , was a good stay. was not recognized as a Platnium member and was not given upgrade.
