The first room on the 3rd floor was horrible. Foul smell / possibly a smokers room. The staff did a wonderful job and moved us to a fourth floor room and it was nice. Careful when you get a room that smells. Our friends also had the same issue. They too were able to change rooms.

Clean hotel. Room had a microwave, fridge, and 2 burner stovetop. Too many pillows and they were not comfortable. Chili's is attached to hotel. Bar area was good. Friendly service from everyone I dealt with. Even as an IHG member, you can only connect one device at a time to the WiFi. In this day and age between laptops, iPads and smartphones, only one wifi connection per room is not enough.

Old hotel with inferior staff. Dirty rooms. No available outlets at the bedside and no assistance from staff with an extension cord. Slow shower drain. Business center out of supplies and generally unusable. Lobby had TV blaring with an inane sitcom and when asked to turn it off or down the clerk said it was company policy to have it on like that. I was incredulous and disappointed with this stay.

overall I enjoy my stay as specially when we travel to this property and relex from Hospital.
All staff members are great .
Just keep it up.

Great first impression. Lobby clean with beautiful decor and very pretty for the holidays. Manager at the desk was very welcoming. I had concerns about being on the top floor corner and she offered to change rooms for us if we wanted but we deferred.
Unfortunately almost everything went downhill from there. The two front desk clerks we dealt with were anything but friendly almost to the point of being rude. And I found it disconcerting that I enter this lovely lobby only to find a large, gray, utility trash can next to the elevator like you'd find at one of those cheap dives. Very much a turn off.
The room and the hallway were pretty clean.
We don't intend to return there.
