The hotel's is okay: the room is bigger than most of the Holiday Inn rooms elsewhere, it was quiet, the bed was okay (no bedbugs). It wasn't a stellar hotel by any means. The staff was okay, but not really very friendly. The lobby could really use a makeover and, let's face it, the hotel restaurant is a dingy pub. Time to upgrade. The location is good, but except for the fact that it was a conference sponsored hotel, I would never have stayed at it. I won't again. Again, this isn't a bad hotel, it's just that I've been to so many others that were so much better for the price. May 25, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great value & location to see Toronto Seems to be well above average for a "Holiday Inn". Very clean and comfortable. The cost of parking is reasonable and is good for 24 hrs so even after checkout you can still wander the city and not have to move your car. The location is great and staff very friendly and accommodating. May 16, 2015
