Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Great location - small rooms This hotel is in a fantastic location in the Downtown Yonge neighborhood. Transit is available one block away and there are multiple restaurants in the area. The hotel has been updated recently but the rooms are small when compared to new hotels. The on-site parking garage is too short for SUVs, vans, and trucks - you'll need to park in another lot nearby. The staff was very friendly. February 25, 2015

I know it was a very cold day/night, but there was a bad cold draft coming in from windows - I believe windows weren't closed properly. Looked at info binder in room & chose 2 restaurants that were featured. Braving the cold to walk there only to find out one of the restaurants was closed (6 pm on a Sat.) and the other across the street, there was no building (was a construction site)!! February 21, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great value - Friendly staff - Chilly Lobby Our stay at the hotel was very nice overall. Except, the breakfast experience... It was under -20 outside and the lobby was a balmy -1 perhaps. Not sure why space heaters were not being used to heat it up or atleast provide a modicum of warmth in the restaurant area so the people having breakfast could shed their parkas. The room was pretty nice. The bathroom was small but very clean. The staff were very friendly... Especially the ones bundled up for the cold and directly folks around. February 18, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice and clean. Professional staff and service Locations was perfect as we wanted to explore amenities that were within walking distance. Nice and clean. Updated. Some detail about where to park with the reservation confirmation would be most helpful. I've never been charged for parking at any hotel where I'm a guest. Enjoyed the bar/lounge with the family. Nice atmosphere. The size of the guest room was probably the biggest 'surprise' and would definitely be the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Concierge was knowledgeable and helpful. All and all a good experience and we'd do it again. February 18, 2015
