Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by a couple of nights away we had a great stay; the hotel was clean and the rooms very comfortable. The beds were great and I loved the pillows (wish I had one at home) The only thing I'd like to add would be accessibility to pay-per-view movies as television can be quite limited at times. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by IHG card I ;feel I should have be able to have used my IHG card .We were given hospital rates while staying with you so there fore we weren't able to use our cards. Also I feel if you aren't wanting us to park at the entrance there should be signs, the taxi driver were very impolite to us because of where we tried to park for a brief time. March 29, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Dining room noisy in evening The only down side to our stay was dinner on the first evening. The food was excellent but because the bar and bistro is in the same room as the dining room it was almost impossible to have a conversation with our friends. When we mentioned this to our server as we left she said the particularly noisy individual was a regular customer and was always like that. We decided then we would not eat dinner again there. We eat early in the evening so it might be OK later on. The breakfast buffet was perhaps the best we have ever seen. Everything was great except for that one noisy individual. March 28, 2015
