Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by great staff poor hot water I checked in the evening of 29 Jan and was warmly greeted by Christal F. I asked her about a restaurant that i remembered from back in the 1980's. she said she was not familiar with it but would find out about it. 20 minutes into being in my room the phone rang and it was Christal with the information about the restaurant. Sadly it is gone. Christal provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond the HI standard. I was on the 7th floor and had to run the hot water fro about 20 minutes to get it to a usable temperature, this was at various times of the day. Very inconvenient to the guest and a waste of water and money for the hotel. the internet was excellent even better then what i have at home. The next star at the hotel was Amanda N. I had an unfortunate incident of having my truck towed from a bank parking lot on a Sunday when they were closed. Walked back to the hotel and asked Amanda to call me a cab as soon as i gave here the address she knew what had happened and where i wanted to go. Again great above and beyond customer service. Had dinner in the restaurant and room service for breakfast both very good meals and what i wanted. February 8, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by room for improvement during my first visit, i was not made aware the direct parking lot would be blocked off due to a parade- being that i was on a serious business time constraint i sufficed for finding alternate parking arrangements, my check in was fine, but i was not informed about breakfast times when asking. i ended up paying for two breakfast vouchers only to be told i can get a few small minor cups of juice as i had missed the breakfast time i was never informed of despite asking. the water was ice cold and during my now current visit(decided to give this venue a second try assuming the parade was the cause of the issues), these issues persist... both visits have lacked hot water but have been on different floors and i rarely use the bath/shower during high volume hours (4am and 7pm) they do not offer the toiletries listed and i still was not informed of the breakfast times until i stepped in the elevator where i thankfully saw a sign. ultimately, my biggest concern in not having hot water and wasting money on a service i was never even able to utilize.
