Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Adequate but underwhelmed The elevator was dirty. The front desk staff person i encountered was rude. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom needed updates - shower head was so loose you had to stand directly under the shower head to bathe. When I requested a toothbrush it was brought up promptly. February 24, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dirty Guest Room but Great Service I stayed at this hotel in October 2014 for a wedding, and was very pleased- so pleased in fact, that we made it a point to come back and stay at this hotel. We travel to this area a lot and usually stay with a different brand. Nonetheless when I stayed for the wedding I was very impressed. However, this time around the quality of the hotel decreased for some reason. The guest room was dirty and the bed sheets had stains. The bathroom floor wasn't swept or mobbed- the sink had stains and the shower head did not work. Outside of that, the customer service was A Everything from when I called and reserved the room, to room service, and check out customer service was awesome! February 24, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Under staffed I booked this hotel as a Valentine's weekend getaway. Upon check-in, the front desk staff seemed too busy to greet me, welcome me to the hotel, or hold any type of conversation for that matter. Our room seemed very rundown in comparison to all the pictures on the website. Every lamp base was rusted, the refrigerator was old and warm, and the tile in the shower was very poorly done. There was hair on one of the pillows and hair in the sink. The toilet had a ring which usually indicates poor cleaning or none at all! We decided to have dinner in the hotel's restaurant to avoid other busy restaurants. They had 1 server and 2 fill ins (including a banquet server turned waitress due to the lack of waitstaff). Although everyone was running around like every table was full and the kitchen got my husband's order wrong, the food was actually very good! During checkout, the cashier ignored the incoming calls which annoyed me because I called 3 times from our room but the calls were unanswered. We stood there for about 10 mins while my hubby watched the All-Star slam dunk contest and that's how long the phone calls went unanswered. After dinner, we went to the bar. The lounge area had several empty tables that had not been cleaned. The bartender used the same mixing cup (don't know what it's called) for EVERY single drink she made. I don't know if that's normal but it's surely not the most sanitary. She seemed very unsure of herself, using the menu to determine how to make the drinks being ordered. While at the bar, we had to endure the constant, non-stop front desk telephone ringing. God forbid someone actually needed something! The next morning, we ordered room service. It came faster than the quoted time and the food was good (especially the sweet potato pancakes) but they only gave us 1 silverware set for 2 meals. At checkout, my husband stopped by the front desk just to give our room number, the clerk never even looked up from the computer. How rude! All in all, they seemed very short staffed for a sold out night! The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. I won't stay there again! February 18, 2015
