Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location, good value The staff was friendly, especially the cashier at the store in the lobby - he helped me figure out which bus to take, how much it would cost and where to catch it from. The hotel was quiet and in a very convenient location, with affordable eateries and a grocery store withing a block or two. A nice bonus was a beautiful view of the city. Convenient public transit for visitors and a walkable, beautiful neighborhood all around. Great place to stay in Georgetown. March 28, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good for people who like to walk when arrived we were not advised that there was a shuttle... should have been great to know it... metro is far from the hotel... not sure for the location even if the area was very nice and pleasant... fortunately we like walking and there is a supermarket nearby ! the room was cleaned but looks old. Staff was welcoming/ concierge very friendly and helpfull (even if nobody talk about the free shuttle) . but this hotel looks old, needs some renovation and please during winter, put a pool cover... another thing...the doors slammed very loudly each time they closed which means it's noisy all the time and very early in the morning... I had better experience in others Holiday Inn and I will go back in IHG but I think you should do something for this one ! March 20, 2015
