Everything was fantastic at the Holiday Inn, most especially the staff but there were just a couple of things that would have improved the stay. First, accessing the room was weird - we had to go through the hot tub/fitness area to access our rooms rather than through a lobby or even just a door. Not sure if this is a temp thing but it was odd. Secondly, the noise of traffic outside of our door was loud. Every time somebody came through the hot tub door, it would slam behind them and you could hear every word spoken, even with the doors closed. I was a bit surprised that there wasn't more soundproofing at the room door (door sweeps would probably take care of this). Lastly the toilet paper holder fell apart the first time I pulled paper from it. Not a big deal, just was not attached to the wall properly, but the clips were bent and it was obvious that this had been "fixed" several times in the past the same way as it was left. Overall a fantastic stay, great location, great staff, super comfortable rooms and beds. I would definitely recommend to others as well as personally return to this location.

The bed was the worst bed we have ever had in a quality hotel You could not sleep on it for the noise it made every time you tried to move

Great location, close to dining etc... Attentive Staff, good parking. No complaints. Would recommend Holiday Inn Suites over more expensive competitors. Only thing missing was snow :)

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by flahed Overall Pros and Cons
We stayed here for 10 nights on points for our annual family ski trip. We are platinum members with IHG and really look forward to our 1 large annual vacation each year after so many nights in Holiday Inns each year for business. Here is our summary:
Pros: The room is phenomenal (Full kitchen, washer & dryer, and large living area due to murphy bed). The property is right in the middle of the village - awesome. Cleaning staff kept our family of 4 very comfortable.
Cons: Even though the website says "Kids Eat Free" this hotel has no food... not even coffee. Very odd for a Holiday Inn. They do provide coupons for kids to eat breakfast free at a restaurant a good walking distance away. The hotel was not able to commit to upgrading me as a Platinum member. The Platinum IHG Desk had to intervene. The hotel was more than happy to tell me in writing that I needed to buy a room that would sleep my family of 4 vs use my points. The standard room they provide for points only sleeps 2. They have no roll-away beds. Management did not seem concerned at all. If you want to vacation with your family, I would not recommend this hotel... too risky. The rooms have very little sound insulation, so of course we had teenagers next to us that liked to party until 3am every night. The front desk did the best they could.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by traveler201500 Great Location and Value For Area.
Definitely found this property to have great value. Location is superb and rate is great compared to other hotels in the area. Bonus having a kitchen in the room since we could make breakfast in the morning.
Found the room to be outdated though and the pillows rather uncomfortable. I also did not like the layout of the property as you had to walk outside to get to the lobby each time.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by alrb Great service, uncomfortable bed
Staff were consistently friendly, helpful and engaged. Loved every interaction with them. Heat vs AC in room was strange and inefficient to have the two competing. Bed was the most uncomfortable I have slept in at a hotel - and I can usually sleep well anywhere.
