My girlfriend and I stayed here 4 days ago for a weekend getaway. The worst part I think is the walk to and from our room especially from the front desk. Our stay was nice and relaxing, the bed was supportive and comfortable. The hotel was maintained fairly well. We wanted to swim for little bit, but found out that it was very small. There were about eight children in the pool at the time and it looked crowded even in the deep end. There is a fitness center that looked well stocked with the latest equipment, I cannot comment too much as we did not utilize the facilities. Upon arrival we were supposed to get two breakfast vouchers and did not receive until we argued with a hotel manager that when we made our reservations, breakfast would be included in our price. We did get the vouchers eventually after pleading with the manager that our price with our AAA discount was quoted to us. The breakfast was okay, some items seemed lukewarm instead of hot. It was filling and we definitely got our money's worth. Overall, the traffic was a nightmare due to construction (not the hotels fault), the hotel was close to shopping and plenty of restaurants, and it was located in what seemed like a nice quaint neighborhood. We would stay here again

We recently stayed at this location for a soccer tournament.
The hotel is very large, sometimes confusing with direction placards.
Great hotel for large amounts of teams needing housing in one location. Rooms are clean. Beds were a little hard for our liking and made noise when someone moved around in them. Bathroom is a little small. You must close the door to go to the commode unless you want it resting on your leg. Breakfast Buffet is good but could use some variety from day to day. All of the same foods were served for the 2 mornings we ate breakfast. Staff is friendly and accommodating when needing something. Swimming pool is on the small size especially if there are a lot of hotel guests interested in using it. Many restaurants around to choose from.

A man quickly set up a table with cover at a nearby spot so that our Junior Button Collectors could select their buttons.
Also,Danielle searched the whole showroom for me when our room became available.

Nice but a few downfalls. Breakfast buffet food could use some improvement. No real butter or cream or half-and-half. The business center printer was always out of ink. It was not replaced for the three days I was there.

Spent a full week at the holiday inn. Took me 2 nights and 4 phone calls to finally convince the staff that the air conditioner was broke. After 2 sleepless nights, I finally got another room. For my trouble with the air conditioner, I was given a discount on room service. My $22.00 meal was discounted to $8.00. However, when I went to pay my bill, it showed $22.00 for the meal, $75.00 tip, and $24.00 misc. charge. So my discounted $8.00 meal, cost me $105.00. Thankfully, after arguing with the staff for over an hour, they took the charge off. Also, flip a quarter if you want a microwave. Every other room has a microwave. Get to know you neighbors, they might let you use their microwave. I apparently keep getting tails, because I've yet to get one.
I have a third trip scheduled next month. Wish me the best, I'm hoping for heads!!

good enough for a night's sleep, but not exactly a place for anything else unless you're just wanting to spend time in the motel restaurant and other facilities.

WE are always welcomed by the staff upon arrival. The staff in the restaurant are very attentive. We always have a comfortable and good nights sleep.
